God Forbid we ever hurt our children's ego by telling them they came in second.....right? We are in the age of the participation trophy. Every parent that has children has these idiotic trophies in their house. The kids get one even when they don't win one game.
Well last night the Nobel Knuckleheads went a step further. They awarded President Obama the Nobel Peace Prize after serving less then a year as President.
Nominations took place just 2 weeks after he became President. This is just silliness.
It takes the award and puts it in the category below participation trophies. Now you don't even need to be part of the team.....just say you will be on the team and tell them what they want to hear!
BTW the award is actually selected by 5-6 people. 5-6 Europeans that love their new President....oops I mean our President.

Knuckleheads.... I'm laughing though when am I going to get my trophy?
Sad day in the eyes of those who look to the Nobel committee to truly look for someone that - after some life experiences and making the world a better place should be the winner.
