Our sponsored Triathlete came in 11th! Great Job Sarah!. I am sure she was a little disappointed, but let's keep things in perspective....she just started in the sport 5 years ago and she is only 26 or so....she will be back and on the podium next time.
Denise and I watched it live on http://www.nbcolympics.com/ NBC has done an outstanding job covering the Olympics. They have two channels on Dish that are exclusively running soccer and basketball, then their coverage on NBC and then lastly you can go to their site and watch live events. Chris and I watched live Team Handball a few nights ago....really cool stuff......probably would not make prime time. Check out their site and look to the left. Next to the listing of the sport is a little live button if the sport live.
Great Job NBC,
BTW, on the news today it stated the NBC will be making boat loads of dollars off the Olympics. They have done a great job...it's paid off in the best viewership in decades...thus advertising dollars are up. Good for them!

I've been checking everywhere on the tv - where is the dang dingy sailing??? While some may think it is like watching grass grow--- I used to compete during my jr / sr yr in college. It's exciting- I feel badly for the athletes they need some screen time,
btw - when sarah came across the finish line - I jumped up and gave her a big yahoo and a yippie. She did really well! I'm proud that she was representing our country at the olympics.
see ya ---- your sis
