Write your Senator and Congressman....cool

If you have an opinion on this "bail out" write your representatives in Congress.

Who are they you may ask? How do I contact them? Go to this link for your Senator
http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm

Send them an email....remember to copy the body of the email so you can send it to both Senators and your House Rep.

Here is The House of reps link:

Make a difference......

to your readers cable guy....

Having been in DC this past winter to lobby on the Hill, may I say that it is truly more effective to pick up the phone and call your senator and representative. We got so much done in three days, saw everyone's staff, and actually had several senators & representatives sign on to the bill we were lobbying for!!! Really Exciting!

First, they get too many eamils, and often times do not respond to them for months, and that is generally too late. If you want your mail read - then send it to their office "down the street" from you - you ask why - because if you snail mail it to DC - it's caught up in the anthranx verification process. Mail from the local district is hand carried to their office in DC!

Next - talk to staff - they know so much and can get the information to the elected official quickly. They will pay attention to you, they do want to hear from you.

Hope it helps -
