What do you do?...keep walking your dog on the sidewalk that is next to the dogs.......or cross over to the other side. 2 times this week people have tried to go by Lizzie and Luke, and both times all the dogs go mental L and L are trying to get through the electronic fence....and the walking dog is being held back by the "thoughtful" owner.....idiots!
Next gripe....KFC.... I love KFC, where can a heart attack taste so good! But their new commercials drive me crazy. They have some shmoe finding 99 cents in change and griping how he can't buy anything with that....KFC to the rescue with their 99 cent snacker!!! OK the name is right...have you seen one of these things??? they are a one bite...maybe two at the most. Now watch the commercial....they have adults eating them with TWO hands.....like we are going to think this is a double whopper.
Watch it, it's funny.

Sorry Pete, yes, it does feel stupid to be walking my dog on that side with those dogs going crazy, but if you crossed the street every time some dog came barreling out into its front yard, you would never get your walk done. After your house down the street, there are dogs on both sides of the street that have elec. fences in the front yard.
I would rather see owners not put the fences in the front yard, it scares the crap out of you when a dog comes barreling from out of nowhere and stops a few feet from the sidewalk. All of the back yards in our neighborhood are more than big enough.
Dan--Funny how blogs can be miss the mark. I was not speaking about you guys. In fact I never really notice you taking one nof my favorite dogs out for a walk....(seamus, Liz and Luke) I was talking about this young girl who walks her dog right next to Mel's plac and L and L are jumping around going crazy. It's not fair to the dogs...Last week her dog got loose...runs into his ;lawn the gogs are bitinf and snarling and this kid runs in and tries to seperate these dogs...here is a 100 lb girl trying to seperate two 60-70lb dogs from fighting...it was scary. Mel and I ran in and told her to back away and then Mel was able to contol Liz....again, not the dogs fault...they are just dogs. BTW same issue for my guard dog Seamus...they walk by him too.. his electric fence however is not so close to the road as Mel's.
Anyway....back to selling the cables.
