It was another cloudy day in Positano. The boats were not running and of course the buses are out of the question. So we decided to actually take the hike we spoke about yesterday, We hiked up to Montepertuso. It was pretty uneventful. We climb about 4 miles and than down 2 back to Positano. Of course....that was a little too much exercise for the two of us .....so we came back and napped as the sun started to peak out in the afternoon.
So, just by coincidence , Denise looks up as we are hiking and sees a sign for a restaurant that was recommend to us earlier in the trip. You have to understand...the names all look the same and they all have the words trattoria and pizza in their names...We were told that this place had the best Ricotta and pear pie. They were not open yet but took a reservation for that evening.
Than things changed!
